Hi, I'm Matt Le Gresley. Founder of Gresley Consulting. I specialise in helping companies assess, enhance and reimagine their end-to-end digital experiences.

About

In most large organisations, different teams own different aspects of the digital experience. Marketing and sales typically own the buying experience, while product and service teams manage the using experience.

Our goal: A connected, continuous and consistent end-to-end experience

While this separation of concerns makes sense and is necessary, these teams often become isolated and inward-focused, failing to effectively leverage the data, insights and assets each generates. This results in a suboptimal overall experience, inhibiting engagement, lowering conversion, and increasing churn.

I'm an experienced design leader and design team manager who, during my more than 15 year career, has worked across product innovation, UX/UI design, product/service design, product marketing, and design management.
